TIP: This is a beginner's taster that covers Ayurvedic body therapies only. Advanced are advised to choose the Ayurveda in a Modern Concept program, which already addresses diet, daily habits, techniques for tuning the body and disconnecting the mind.

You can buy an individual consultation with an Ayurvedic therapist for 750 CZK / 60 min. (Each consultation is completely individual. During the meeting we focus on diet, self-care, daily habits, health problems. The examination is done by means of diagnosis from the tongue and pulse.)
